Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (all-day dining) to lead the daily Food and Beverage operation for our signature restaurant and contribute to a dynamic pre-opening team.

You will work under the Restaurant Manager to shape menus and wine lists, mentor the F&B team, and ensure exceptional guest service while managing costs, inventory, and purchasing decisions; fluency in English and Spanish is required, and legal work rights in Spain are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Food & Beverage in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with opening a new hotel or resort is a plus.
• Must have legal right to work in Spain and fluency in English & Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the F&B team for all-day dining.
• Be visible in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Plan and develop menus and wine lists in collaboration with Restaurant Manager.
• Control expenses through budgeting, purchasing and inventory management.

The Role of Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining).

We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Restaurant Manager (all day dining) to join our pre-opening team! Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation, for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our roof top restaurant, a cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Food and Beverage team, being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists, controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests feel receive the highest levels of service excellence.

You should have a wealth of Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotels, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences. Ideally you will also have experience of a new hotel or resort opening, and you must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
