The Role

Execute the necessary tasks to help with the development, launch and monitoring of products and marketing projects for the hair color category.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Jr. Project leader in the development and follow-up of the launches and animations assigned to him / her as responsibility.
• Coordination of the internal administrative management processes required to carry out a new launch (creation of codes, request for country forecasts, preparation of reports and presentations for meetings, etc.)
• Preparation and presentation of internal and external project briefs, incl advertising agencies. Follow-up and preparation of advertising shoots along with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring reporting of assigned projects through reports or presentations.
• Control and follow up of orders / orders placed with external suppliers.
• Updated maintenance of documentation archive and image library.
• Under the supervision of the product managers, assist in updating product artworks by sending comments and modification requests to the design team.
• Coordinate the sending of product samples and packages to various markets.
• Handle market requests, including providing product images, renders, and Dropbox links for marketing materials.
• Assist with Market requests for Cost of Goods (COGs) and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Support the creation and distribution of merchandising tools and materials from a global level.
• Collaborate with the team to promote “Always On” education courses
• Conduct monthly performance and competitive analyses for various markets.
• Perform monthly social media audits and prepare reports on direct competition’s communication strategies, campaigns, collaborations, and product launches.
• Preparation of international meetings (coordination of materials, presentations...)
• Other tasks as required by the marketing department.

Experience, Education & Skills

Students of Business Administration, Degree in Marketing, Economics, and / or related master’s programs.

English C1 - C2

Other languages are a plus.

Personality Profile

An organized, proactive, analytical person with ease and eagerness to learn.
