Franke & de la Fuente is a growing international law firm based in Marbella, specialising in real estate transactions and tax matters for foreign buyers in Spain. I, Peter Franke, co‑founder and partner, am seeking a driven, creative, and solutions‑focused Executive Assistant to work directly with me across all aspects of my role — from office organisation and client relations to marketing, business development, and event creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, organised, and sociable professional who can handle both strategic projects and day‑to‑day tasks with equal enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
  • Act as my right hand for all ongoing projects, ideas, and initiatives
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate internal communications and keep office operations running smoothly
  • Conduct client feedback calls after service completion, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying improvement areas
  • Assist in service evaluation and development to enhance client experience
Marketing & Event Management
  • Support social media, branding, content creation, and email campaigns
  • Coordinate with our marketing consultant on campaigns and materials
  • Organise the Franke & de la Fuente Academy and other professional/agent events
  • Represent the firm at major events and networking functions
Business Development & Sales
  • Maintain and grow relationships with collaborators, referral partners, and clients
  • Identify and create new business opportunities locally, nationally, and internationally
  • Oversee online sales channels and lead generation activities
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of sales processes
  • Represent the firm confidently in both professional and social settings
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in English and professional Spanish (other languages are a plus)
  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
  • Well‑organised, proactive, and results‑oriented
  • Strong communicator with a creative approach to problem‑solving
  • Comfortable with social media and digital tools for professional use
