Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the division. They also support the Director of Food & Beverage with administrative tasks, including budgeting, maintaining quality standards, training, and colleague performance reviews. The role also requires providing hands‑on operational support while ensuring guest satisfaction consistently meets the standards of both the hotel and the wider group.
