We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but operating an working with clients on a global scale. They are looking for an experienced ITAM Engineer to join their fairly new department that is growing. You’ll still get involved in the day-to-day (tickets, system alerts, meetings, cross-team problem solving) but you’ll also be the person shaping the tools, integrations and governance that make it all work

As an ITAM Engineer you will:

• You’ll configure and optimise the ITAM tools (think Lansweeper, USU, CMDB systems).
• Build automation and reconciliation processes that make data cleaner and reporting smarter.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, security and other teams
• Define policies and processes that align with ISO 55000 and ITIL
• Discover everything in the estate, then gradually bring order to anything that’s missing— fix data, implement procedures, audit, report, repeat.

The Successful ITAM Engineer will have…

• Previous experience in a similar ITAM Engineering role
• Hardware and Software Asset Management including ITAM tools and CMDB systems
• Technical expertise in asset discovery and inventory tools such as Lansweeper and USU
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 55000 and ITIL
• Certification such as CITAM, CHAMP, CSAM or ITIL Foundation would be highly advantageous
• Please note professional fluency in English is required for this role
