Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc in Spain is seeking a Construction Planning Intern to support our project teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will help update schedules, review reports, and coordinate with IT to keep Power BI dashboards running smoothly.

The role offers hands-on experience in project planning, milestones, and dependencies, with weekly deadlines and close interaction with Project Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering.
• MS Project: Essential. Ability to create and update project schedules, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
• Excel: Essential. Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Power BI: Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Microsoft Teams: Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Update project schedules in MS Project weekly with contractor and PM input.
• Review Excel reports for data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure Power BI dashboards function correctly and follow up on issues.
• Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones and dependencies.
• Assist with project progress tracking and reporting to support the Construction Management team.

• Update project schedules in MS Project on a weekly basis, incorporating progress reported by contractors and Project Managers.
• Review Excel reports to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the correct functioning of Power BI dashboards and follow up on any reported issues.
• Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and key activities.
• Assist with project progress tracking and reporting to support the Construction Management team.

Education and Certifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering.

Experience and Technical Skills

• MS Project: Essential. Ability to create and update project schedules, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
• Excel: Essential. Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Power BI: Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and IT teams.
