About the role

BERNER is seeking a visionary Field Sales Representative (Construction/Mobility/Industry) to drive innovation and lead our company to new heights. Join our dynamic team to make a significant impact and contribute to our success!

Individual Accountabilities
  1. Drive sales and close deals, managing all sales-related activities in the area.
  2. Manage and expand the customer platform, increasing market penetration and share-of-wallet.
  3. Foster omnichannel sales approaches, distributing contacts across channels.
  4. Focus on high-potential customers, preparing for visits and post-visit follow-up.
  5. Promote application-based selling and position Berner as a premium, reliable brand.
  6. Handle objections, delivery, quality claims, negotiate terms, and actively manage margins.
  7. Ensure data quality in systems and adhere to contact schemes.
  8. Analyze KPIs, especially sales and turnover across channels.
  9. Report regularly, align action plans, and meet sales targets.
Shared Accountabilities
  1. Implement pricing strategies, margin impact, and brand positioning.
  2. Plan annually and align operational targets with the district manager.
  3. Support the sales team with customer insights and channel alignment.
  4. Collaborate closely with team members and partners.
