A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Creative Artworker, fluent in German and strong in English. You will manage artwork and creative adaptation for multi-market campaigns. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite are required, with responsibilities including delivering high-quality materials and overseeing production projects. This role is remote-first within the EU.
Remote in Spain or Poland (also open to Portugal, Hungary, or other EU locations for the right profile)

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Artworker who’s passionate about brand consistency, visual storytelling, and bringing marketing ideas to life. You’ll work closely with one of the world’s most recognisable brands, managing artwork and creative adaptation for multi‑market campaigns across Europe.
You’ll collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to deliver top‑quality materials that reflect Heineken’s brand standards and energy. Act as a brand guardian for Heineken, ensuring every asset follows guidelines and delivers impact.
Create, prepare, and edit print‑ready artwork across print, POS, digital, social, and press for the DACH market, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
Oversee production projects end‑to‑end, balancing quality, timelines, and budget.
Solid experience as a Creative Artworker (agency, production, or trade marketing preferred).
Strong technical ability in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D rendering for POS (FSDUs, totems, displays) is a plus.
Comfortable liaising directly with clients and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Fluent German (C1+) – mandatory and strong English for day‑to‑day collaboration.
Organised, motivated, and quality‑obsessed. Create for a world‑leading brand seen across Europe.
Remote‑first within the EU, with occasional in‑person sessions as needed.
