Applus+ IDIADA is actively seeking a GenAI Use Case Developer to craft innovative AI workflows and automation for automotive projects. You will design prompts, identify use cases, and collaborate with engineers and domain experts to implement effective AI solutions.

The role emphasizes staying current with genAI advances, working in a dynamic DataLab team, and contributing to the digital transformation of automotive processes within a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with language models, context engineering and agentic processes.
• 1+ years of AI/ML projects focusing on data access, agent development, and skill creation.
• Strong knowledge of genAI foundations and best practices.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex and agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI + OpenAI/Claude SDK.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrations in a business context.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like n8n, Make, Activepieces or Pipedream.
• Knowledge of analytics, embeddings and information retrieval systems.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented genAI Use Case Developer to join our Digital Solutions - DataLab team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative AI workflows, advanced automations and genAI use-cases for our automotive projects.

To succeed in this job, you will need to:

• Design, develop, and optimize process & prompts for various genAI applications.
• Identify and develop use cases for AI workflows and genAI technology within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders, engineers and domain experts to understand requirements and create effective AI solutions based.
• Analyze, interpret and auditresults from genAI models & workflows to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in genAI, AIengineering and agentic techniques.

Qualifications

Profile:

• Demonstrated experience working with language models, contextengineering & agentic processes.
• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML projects, with a focus on data access, agent development, process following and skill creation.
• Strong knowledge of genAI foundations, techniques, and best practices.
• Expertise in genAIframeworks like LangChainand LlamaIndex and agent frameworkssuch as LangGraph, CrewAI + OpenAI/Claude sdk.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI automation workflows and integrationsin a business context.
• Proficiency in n8n or equivalent visual orchestration tools, such as Make (Integromat), Activepieces, or Pipedream.
• Familiarity with AI-specific orchestration platforms like Flowise or Langflow, or agentic frameworks (e.g., CrewAI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embedding and information retrieval systems.

Expertise in Multimodal unstructured data storage and explotation methods (vector, graph, document,...) is a plus.

• Knowledge of or experience with AWS framework.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about AI-based efficient and accurate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements, propose solutions and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
