Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising or Audiovisual Communication or Graphic Design / Visual Design OR have previous experience (+ 3 years).
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Clear, concise ability to express creative ideas.
• Understand communication as an integrated whole, not just on/off.
• Proven experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
• High level of involvement, commitment and responsibility.

Responsabilidades

Overview

We are seeking a creative Art Director who loves generating ideas and making them shine visually. He or she must be obsessed with craft, both offline and digital, and be a true design nerd—constantly curious, always learning, and inspiring the team.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team.
• Having the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro-activities, etc.
• Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all.
• Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns.
• Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns.
• Presentations directly with the clients.
• Responsible for direct photo shootings and film shootings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degreein Marketing or Advertising or Audiovisual Communication or Graphic Design / Visual Design OR have previous experience (+ 3 years).
• Have a sense of teamwork and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves and respect each other.
• Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.
