Bofill Taller de Arquitectura seeks a Project Manager to join its international project teams at La Fàbrica in Sant Just Desvern, near Barcelona. You will lead multidisciplinary design efforts across architecture, BIM, interiors, landscape, structure, MEP and façade specialties, coordinating complex international teams.

A degree in architecture or related field and strong English are required; experience managing large-scale projects is valued.

PROJECT MANAGER – International Architecture Projects

Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is looking for a Project Manager to join our international project teams at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).

We are seeking a professional with a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture or Engineering, with experience managing multidisciplinary design projects and coordinating complex international teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate project teams, workflows and deliverables.
• Plan project schedules, resources, milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate architecture with engineering and specialist consultants.
• Manage communication with clients, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Lead coordination meetings and monitor project progress.
• Identify project risks, priorities and coordination issues.
• Ensure consistency between design objectives, technical requirements and consultant information.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, BIM, interiors, landscape, structure, MEP and façade specialists.

PROFILE

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong team management, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience dealing directly with clients, engineering teams and external consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in large-scale projects is highly valued.
• Experience in international and multicultural project environments is highly valued.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and digital collaboration tools is valued.
• Knowledge of Revit, BIM workflows or architectural software is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English.
