Roca Group & Laufen seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead architectural projects and create distinctive spaces that reflect brand excellence and innovation. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with international studios to shape immersive environments worldwide.

You will drive concept development, manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure delivery on time, and maintain brand integrity while advancing sustainable design practices across high-visibility projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in high-quality architecture and interior design projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and design interior environments for showrooms, trade fairs, corporate spaces, and flagship projects in collaboration with leading international architecture studios.
• Partner with Architecture, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand consistency across experiences and projects.
• Lead project implementation from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with the design vision.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and design elements that embody the brand identity.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and technical teams through all project phases.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into every project.
• Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Travel nationally and internationally depending on active projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior environments for showrooms, trade fairs, corporate spaces, and flagship projects in collaboration with leading international architecture studios.
• Partner closely with Architecture, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistency between brand identity, customer experience, and project execution.
• Lead project implementation from concept to completion, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and alignment with the original design vision.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and design elements that embody the identity and values of Roca and Laufen.
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and technical teams throughout all project phases.
• Integrate sustainable practices and innovative design solutions into every project.
• Prepare presentations, visual concepts, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel nationally and internationally depending on active projects.

Internal & External Relationships

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, and external partners, including prestigious international architecture studios, suppliers, and contractors.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in high-quality architecture and interior design projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing representative and complex projects from concept through execution.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of:

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to create compelling design concepts and communicate ideas through presentations and technical documentation.

Languages

Fluent Spanish and English.
