Job Description:

Functions:

• Drafting projects for comprehensive architectural installations of various types and scales, mainly in the building sector (residential and tertiary), including new constructions and rehabilitation projects.
• Design and calculation of projects for comprehensive installations (electricity, plumbing, sanitation, PCI, telecommunications, etc.) for the building sector.
• Participation in all phases and decisions to ensure correct drafting and execution of installation projects.
• Interacting, supporting, and collaborating with the team to address and resolve all project aspects.
• Ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations regarding installations and building.

Requirements:

• Degree in Technical Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Architect or Engineer in drafting basic and executive projects, with knowledge of all project phases.
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in designing and calculating comprehensive installations (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, PCI, data, telecommunications, etc.) in collaboration with Architecture and/or Engineering firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Presto, TCQ, CYPE, and energy certifications.
• Experience working interdisciplinary within teams.
• Experience dealing with clients and collaborators.
• Creative, organized, independent, proactive, and good communicator.
• Motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about the role.

Valuable Skills:

• Knowledge of current applicable standards (ISO 19650).
• Knowledge of other calculation tools (DmElect, Caneco).
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM and BIM standards, including various exchange formats.
• Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of other modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhinoceros).
• Fluent in English.
