Formación

We are looking for an Interoperability / Healthcare Integrations Architect to join our innovative team and serve as the technical reference for interoperability projects.

What you’ll achieve

You will be responsible for designing interoperability architectures between health information systems and implementing integrations based on HL7, FHIR, and other relevant protocols.

You will work closely with development, operations, and customer teams to ensure efficient and secure solutions.

You will :

  • Apply standards, techniques, and implementation guides to design data integration across public health and healthcare systems.
  • Design artifacts to enable data integration, including data dictionaries, data traceability matrixes, and test messages.
  • Validate messages using automated and manual tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end users to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business workflows for interoperability processes.
  • Automate tests and validate implemented interfaces based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain and support existing interfaces.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed :

Essential Requirements :

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability and messaging standards, including HL7 2.x, HL7 3.x, HL7 FHIR, IHE profiles, OpenEHR, X12 HIPAA transactions, and code sets.
  • Experience with XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSL/XSLT).
  • Experience with integration buses (Mirth, Ensemble, Rhapsody, Viaduct, etc.).
  • Experience in healthcare informatics and public health.
  • Knowledge of vocabulary and terminology standards like SNOMED-CT and LOINC.
  • Familiarity with Web Services / APIs.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SOAP, REST).
  • Understanding of SQL and DSL languages.
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

Additional desired experiences :

  • HL7 and/or FHIR Certification (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Positive attitude and virtual collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret information and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
