Urbio Led – Leading Smart Street Lighting Company in Eastern Europe is expanding in Spain and seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in public and private sectors. You will build relationships with municipalities, public authorities, distributors, and infra partners, while traveling across your region and developing long-term commercial opportunities.

As a hunter, you will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with strong support from pre-sales and delivery teams.

• Develop new markets and build sales pipelines from the ground up.
• Identify and acquire new customers via cold outreach and field sales.
• Visit municipalities, city councils, and public institutions across the region.
• Travel extensively within the territory to meet prospects.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify tenders and work with pre-sales on proposals.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and forecast.
