Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a network of stores within the premium fashion retail sector. This role is key in elevating performance, leading high-impact teams, and ensuring an exceptional client experience aligned with the highest industry standards.

As Area Manager, you will drive commercial results, inspire Store Managers, and safeguard operational excellence while fostering a culture of service, refinement, and strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Performance Management

Ensure excellent commercial performance of assigned stores, achieving revenue targets and key KPIs.

Regularly analyze business indicators, results, and customer insights to identify opportunities and execute effective action plans.

Perform systematic follow-ups with Store Managers, setting clear objectives linked to performance and results.

Oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring effective activation and customer retention strategies.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Retail Operations, Training, Merchandising) to maximize results in people, product, and store performance.

Ensure adherence to operational procedures (planning, stock loss prevention, policies, audits, etc.).

Team Leadership & Development

Coach and lead Store Managers and store teams to maximize sales, profitability, and high operational standards.

Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of Store Managers and key talent in collaboration with HR.

Invest in talent development by building a strong succession plan and internal pipeline.

Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and diverse working culture aligned with company values.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

Ensure exceptional customer experience is delivered across all stores through service excellence and strong product knowledge.

Guarantee consistent application of visual merchandising and product presentation standards.

Monitor industry best practices and integrate new ideas to uphold market-leading service and operational benchmarks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coach, inspire, and develop diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Fluency in Spanish (intermediate level of English is desirable)

Availability and flexibility to travel across the assigned region.
