Tata Consultancy Services in Madrid is seeking a seasoned ARCON PAM SME to join our information security team. You will lead deployment, licensing, and privileged access management using ARCON PAM across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of experience, strong English (C1), and a BTech/Master’s in CS or equivalent, with ARCON PAM certification preferred. You will mentor peers, drive incident response, and support audits while delivering secure, scalable PAM

• BTech or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• ARCON PAM Certified Professional preferred.
• CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea PAM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and deploy ARCON PAM.
• Manage ARCON licensing and capacity planning.
• Onboard privileged accounts, systems and applications into ARCON PAM.
• Oversee password vaulting and rotation.
• Perform account discovery and policy management.
• Monitor, record and playback privileged sessions.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot password management and access issues.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Strong expertise in ARCON PAM Implementation & Deployment
• Experience with ARCON Licensing Management and capacity planning
• Onboard privileged accounts, systems and applications into ARCON PAM.
• Manage password vaulting and automated password rotation.
• Perform account discovery and policy management activities.
• Manage privileged session monitoring, recording and playback.
• Conduct audit reviews and support compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot password management, connector and access issues.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support during major incidents and escalations.

Work Schedule: 08.00-17.00 (including lunch break)
