Are you a Apps Observability Technician seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Monitor platform and merchant performance, proactively detect issues, and mitigate risks in collaboration with Engineering teams.
• Communicate effectively with merchants during incidents, providing accurate and timely information.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Reliability teams to enhance monitoring strategies and improve reliability.
• Lead initiatives and develop automation tools to optimize operations and monitoring.
• Investigate alerts, provide feedback to engineering, and improve logging and alerting systems.
• Reduce merchant impact by acting on alerts with Engineering and documenting lessons learned.
• Prioritize, automate, and scale detection capabilities efficiently.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of Monitoring and Logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Containers and Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Location: Madrid (Hybrid: 60% remote / In-office)
• Schedule: Rotative Shift 16x5 (7:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00) + on-call duties
