dsm-firmenich is seeking an Apprentice Procurement Compliance in Barcelona, Spain. The role supports Procurement Compliance operations and involves coordinating activities such as validation of new supply sources and ensuring process performance.

You will assist with KPI reporting and contribute to improvement projects. Ideal candidates have a recent graduate degree in a scientific field, a high level of English, and strong communication skills. Join us to impact millions with your work!

Formación

• Recent graduate degree with a scientific background (chemistry, engineering, biosciences).
• High level of English, any other language will be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Great communication, fast-learning and trust-building skills.
• Organized, enthusiastic and data-oriented person with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong sense of team spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Procurement Compliance activities including validation of new supply sources.
• Ensure process performance in line with agreed SLAs.
• Assist in KPI reporting and analysis.

Conocimientos

Apprentice Procurement Compliance

Location: Barcelona, Spain

As part of the Procurement Excellence function, support Procurement Compliance operations, in alignment with Procurement mission and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Procurement Compliance activities including:
  • Validation process of new supply sources
  • Business support in case of raw material shortages or crisis
  • Maintain accurate Procurement owned master data
• Ensure process performance in line with agreed SLAs.
• Assist in KPI reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvements projects.
