Alinia AI, Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Research Intern to design and evaluate alignment strategies for LLM guardrails. You will work on cutting-edge research, develop experiments, and contribute to the alignment platform used in regulated industries.

Responsibilities include designing experiments, executing projects, and delivering results with a mentor's guidance. Strong background in LLMs, ML, and Python is required, with excellent communication in English.

Formación

• MS student in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics or related field.
• Proven experience in LLMs, ML or NLP.
• At least one publication in reputable AI, ethics or ML venues.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in LLM training (required).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute projects to support training, evaluation, or use of LLM-based guardrails.
• Deliver solutions for safe and responsible deployment of LLM applications.
• Present progress in weekly meetings; work with mentors to plan and iterate.
