Tuio is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join the AI & Data team and build AI solutions across business areas. You will own projects from problem understanding to production, collaborating with AI, Data, and Engineering colleagues.

The role blends discovery and engineering, focusing on designing agent-based architectures, integrating models with tools, and delivering measurable impact in real-world data environments. Madrid-based office option with remote flexibility.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in AI Engineering or related technical roles.
• Strong Python programming foundation and experience with language models.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business teams and cross-functional peers to understand processes, decisions, data, risks, and requirements for each use case.
• Design architecture of agent-based systems selecting models, patterns and components.
• Build apps powered by language models using context engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and workflows.
• Experiment with models and architectures to balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Deploy and operate solutions with CI/CD, testing, and observability.
