Insud Pharma is hiring for an AI Labs Data Engineer / ML Engineer in Madrid. You will design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end data and ML solutions across multiple units, including regulatory and R&D. You will own scalable pipelines, ML infrastructure, and robust engineering standards.

The role requires strong Python, data engineering, and ML deployment experience, plus collaboration with data scientists and product owners in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Spanish and English fluency is required.
• Strong Python coding skills with modular design.
• Experience building data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Docker and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• MLOps practices including model versioning and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster for orchestration.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data lakes.
• Interest in NLP/LLM-based systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end data and ML solutions.
• Create scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and serving.
• Productionize ML pipelines including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize notebooks and prototypes.
• Implement deployment patterns (batch/real-time/hybrid) via APIs or jobs.
• Develop feature pipelines and ensure data quality and traceability.
• Work with DevOps to deploy using CI/CD and containerization.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices across AI Labs.
