Insud Pharma is looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer to join their applied AI team, AI Labs. You will design, build, and operate end-to-end data and machine learning solutions for various business units.

Your role is vital in ensuring that AI models transition smoothly from experimentation to production, backed by scalable data pipelines and robust ML infrastructure. The office is located in central Madrid, fostering a flat and collaborative culture.

Formación

• Proficient in Spanish and English, written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including clean code practices.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines using Python-based frameworks.
• Experience working with machine learning workflows, including model deployment.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Experience with MLOps practices and orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and ML.
• Develop and productionize machine learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to translate prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Implement model deployment patterns using APIs and scheduled jobs.
• Ensure data quality, versioning, and traceability across datasets.
• Work with DevOps to deploy solutions using CI/CD best practices.
