Accenture in Madrid is seeking a results-driven IT troubleshooter and process designer who will work independently and become a subject matter expert while contributing solutions to work-related challenges.

You will design new business processes based on customer requirements, analyze the current state, and implement change programs using established methods and assets.

Required: advanced IT troubleshooting and TIBCO BusinessWorks, plus a Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of related experience.

• Advanced proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.
• Advanced proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• At least 1 year of experience in related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
