A human resources and payroll company is seeking an Application Implementation Specialist in Madrid. This role involves working closely with consultants to configure and implement payroll solutions for clients, requiring technical programming skills and knowledge of payroll software. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and documentation, along with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Formación

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in programming, experienced in implementing Payroll Software.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications.
  • Experience with project managing and teamwork using Agile methodology.
  • Functional knowledge of payroll.

Responsabilidades

  • Review requirements documents to assess complexity and time dedication.
  • Set up the payroll engine as per requirements.
  • Conduct initial testing for configuration correctness.
  • Document new improvements and request changes to the R&D department.
  • Analyze issues, provide immediate resolutions, and suggest improvements.
  • Write technical documentation.

Application Implementation Specialist for Spain

We provide payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. To provide the best service, one must have a large number of customer service professionals and a product that serves both external and internal users who execute the entire payroll process, personnel administration, and management with third parties such as Social Security, Taxes, etc.

The Implementation area is responsible for the technical configuration of the tools in order to be able to process Payroll and HR services to our clients.

Role Objective

The Implementation Application Specialist works very closely with the Implementation Consultant and is responsible for the configuration required by the client, based on their requirements analysis. Provides a technical solution and feasibility to the client's requirements at a technical level; is also responsible for resolving technical incidents that may arise throughout the Implementation project until the actual entry into Service and the transfer to the technical support team.

Responsibilities
  • Review the requirements gathering documents (Blueprint), provided by the Consultant, with the goal of assessing complexity and time dedication.
  • Responsible for setting up the payroll engine following the requirements gathering document.
  • Responsible for initial testing to ensure correct configuration of the payroll engine.
  • Responsible for making corrections, updates or new configurations that may appear during the U.A.T phase.
  • Direct involvement on identifying new improvements, document it and request standard configurations or new developments to the R&D department.
  • Proactively able to analyze issues, provide immediate issue resolution, after root cause analysis and suggest long-term improvements
  • Write technical documentation
Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in programming (java, .net, c+, cobol … ), experienced in implementing Payroll Software (e.g. Meta4, SAP, A3, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HR applications / programs.
  • Experience with project managing and teamwork (Agile methodology)
  • Experience with Testing and Production environmentsAgile methodology experience
  • Functional knowledge of payroll
