Qualifications

• Solid understanding of API concepts, particularly SOAP and REST.
• Desirable: RESTful API design principles.
• Experience using ElasticSearch for log analysis.
• Familiarity with system configuration troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of databases, T-SQL, and SQL Server for query execution and data validation.
• Basic experience with C# and .NET environments to assist in debugging API or backend-related issues.
• Previous experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Monitor system performance and behavior, especially during production deployments.
• Investigate incidents related to our APIs by analyzing logs in ElasticSearch and checking system configurations.
• Perform database queries and validations using T-SQL in SQL Server to support issue analysis and resolution.
• Act as the first point of contact for API-related issues and elevate to development when necessary.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to reproduce and debug issues, including those related to .NET-based APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban, depending on the team).
• Document findings, common issues, and solutions to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders in a distributed and international setup.
