EU Business School in Barcelona is seeking an AP Accounting Lead to safeguard the campus's financial backbone. You will oversee full-cycle accounts payable, payroll entries, and tax compliance within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–4 years in AP/accounting, Sage X3 and Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish. A 36-hour week, with one remote day per week, supports work-life balance.

Formación

• 3–4 years in AP and Accounting with 2–3 years of monthly/yearly closures.
• Experience with tax compliance and payroll entries.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Sage X3 and Excel skills required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AP and accounting with KPI-driven approach.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and aging reports.
• Ensure tax compliance per Spanish PGC and audits.
• Co-lead daily treasury and payroll entries.
• Provide support to Accounts Receivable when needed.
