Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid seeks an entry-level avionics engineer to design, analyze and test AOCS/GNC systems for small studies and large projects. You will work on flight algorithms and hardware, with collaboration across electrical, thermal, and mechanical teams in an open space.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in aerospace discipline.
• Qualifications with dynamics and filtering / estimation / control engineering content.
• Experienced in participating within a GNC / AOCS project at some point of the development and validation cycle.
• Matlab and Simulink experience.
• Being part during last years of Airbus in a traineeship or any other collaboration will be valued.

Responsabilidades

• You will perform AOCS / GNC design, implementation, verification and validation activities for mission’s Phases 0 to E.
• You will produce design justifications, software requirements for AOCS / GNC algorithms, performance analysis documentation etc.
• You will develop software to a prototype level (non / real time simulator development mostly under Matlab / Simulink but also occasionally in C or Python).
• You will also support reviews and workshops with the customer / partners and stakeholders.
