A leading technology firm located in Vitoria, Spain, is seeking an experienced Anti-Trust lawyer. The candidate will manage Anti-Trust investigations, advise on compliance issues, and develop training programs. Applicants should have at least 4 years of PQE in law with expertise in Anti-Trust matters. This is an office-based position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Formación

  • At least 4 years of PQE in law, preferably with Anti-Trust experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage Anti-Trust investigations and provide compliance advice.
  • Implement European Anti-Trust Compliance Program.
  • Conduct regular Anti-Trust Compliance trainings.

Descripción del empleo
The position will include the following tasks :
  • 1. Manage and lead all kinds of projects related to Anti-Trust investigations including RFIs.
  • 2. Provide advice to the management and business team on all aspects of antitrust compliance.
  • 3. Provide advice on the implementation and impact of the DMA.
  • 4. Assess current and future business models from an Anti-Trust perspective.
  • 5. Plan, organize and implement the European Anti-Trust Compliance Program.
  • 6. Provide Anti-Trust Compliance trainings on a regular basis.
  • 7. Provide leadership and support on a wide variety of Anti-Trust matters.
  • 8. Constant monitoring and learning of new trends and laws.
Candidate Profile :
  • 1. Experienced lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
  • 2. Experience in advising on complex Anti-Trust matters / investigations.
  • 3. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English.
  • 4. Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.
  • 5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
  • 6. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • 7. Ability to work precisely and flexibly at the same time
  • 8. Candidates without the above qualification and proven experience / expertise cannot be considered. Please note that this is an office-based position.
