A leading technology firm in Spain is seeking an experienced Anti-Trust Lawyer to manage investigations and advise on compliance. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of post-qualification experience and strong skills in communication and commercial awareness. This role requires precision and flexibility in an office-based environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
• Experience in complex Anti-Trust investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead Anti-Trust investigations.
• Provide advice on antitrust compliance to management.
• Plan and implement the European Anti-Trust Compliance Program.

Conocimientos

Experience in advising on complex Anti-Trust matters

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong commercial sense and pragmatism

Ability to multi-task

Ability to work independently and in a team

Educación

Experienced lawyer with at least 4 years PQE

Descripción del empleo

The position will include the following tasks :

• 1. Manage and lead all kinds of projects related to Anti-Trust investigations including RFIs.
• 2. Provide advice to the management and business team on all aspects of antitrust compliance.
• 3. Provide advice on the implementation and impact of the DMA.
• 4. Assess current and future business models from an Anti-Trust perspective.
• 5. Plan, organize and implement the European Anti-Trust Compliance Program.
• 6. Provide Anti-Trust Compliance trainings on a regular basis.
• 7. Provide leadership and support on a wide variety of Anti-Trust matters.
• 8. Constant monitoring and learning of new trends and laws.

Candidate Profile :

• 1. Experienced lawyer with at least 4 years PQE.
• 2. Experience in advising on complex Anti-Trust matters / investigations.
• 3. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English.
• 4. Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.
• 5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
• 6. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• 7. Ability to work precisely and flexibly at the same time
• 8. Candidates without the above qualification and proven experience / expertise cannot be considered. Please note that this is an office-based position.
