Skydance Animation, located in Madrid, Spain, is looking for an experienced animator to create high-level 3D animations. The role involves collaborating with Directors and Supervisors, ensuring creative alignment with the project vision. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in the VFX or animation industry, strong artistic and technical skills, and should be proficient in English; Spanish is a plus. This position is key to upholding the company's commitment to innovative storytelling.

Formación

• 3-5 years experience in VFX or animation industries.
• 1+ years in the animation industry is desirable.
• Strong artistic and/or technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Create animations at the highest artistic and technical level.
• Work closely with the Director, Supervisor, and Leads in a team environment.
• Understand the vision of the Director and the Supervisor and adapt it into the assignment.
• Collaborate and propose genuine and unique acting or movement for each assignment in alignment with the story and context.
• Plan her/his own assignments to reach deadlines, considering interaction with the Director, Supervisors, and Leads.
• Keep the characters in model and respect the design of the production.
• Be open and professional about feedback processes and possible changes of direction during the animation process.
• Collaborate with other team members when necessary.
• Follow the Supervisor’s and Lead’s guidance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in VFX or animation industries.
• 1+ years in the animation industry is desirable.
• Strong artistic and/or technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must.
• Drawing skills are desirable.
• High English level desirable.
• Spanish desirable.
