Pluxee is seeking an Analyst Engineer to embed in the Data Product Team and build the transformation layer from raw data to robust Silver models. You’ll collaborate with product engineers and the Data Council to ensure standards and governance across domains.

The role emphasizes production-grade data models, strict data quality, and scalable data solutions in a global, multi-country environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain production-grade data models.
• Design stable data schemas with clear naming conventions and defined granularity.
• Implement automated data quality controls, tests, validations, and business-rule checks.
• Monitor data reliability and resolve data quality, freshness, and performance issues.
• Manage data model evolution through versioning and change management.
• Work within a modern software engineering workflow using Git, PRs, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business requirements.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives and promote best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL including window functions, CTEs, incremental processing, and optimization.
• Solid experience with dbt including modeling, testing, documentation, macros, and package management.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, schema design, snapshotting, incremental).
• Good knowledge of ClickHouse or similar (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Experience in software engineering workflow: Git, PRs, CI/CD for data, treating dbt models as production code.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, monitoring, observability, and anomaly detection.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating decisions to non-data engineers.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Enjoy collaborating with multicultural teams and solving complex data challenges in a global environment.
