GFT Technologies SE is seeking an Analytics Engineer & Developer to focus on data modelling, data engineering and analytics architecture. You will translate business needs into robust BI solutions, designing and optimizing the data foundations behind Power BI for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include building enterprise data models, serving KPI definitions, and managing end-to-end data pipelines.

Formación

• Advanced experience with Power BI for enterprise environments, including governance and storage modes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server / Azure, with advanced T-SQL and data transforms.
• Hands-on data engineering experience, including ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with large-scale data environments and performance optimization (T-SQL, DAX, VertiPaq).
• Understanding of data governance, security and scalability principles.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain enterprise data models and semantic layers.
• Perform data analysis and collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
• Define and implement KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and optimize Power BI datasets and semantic models.
• Manage query costs and governance; enforce security and access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Power BI/Microsoft Fabric users.
• Stay current with cloud, AI and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
