Key responsibilities and principle tasks

You will be the manager of the IVVQM team in Solution's discipline. Furthermore, you will define and follow-up the validation strategy for space applications (test plans, test means, test procedures, etc.). As Test Manager you will lead the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities of the system and will supervise its lower level elements in accordance with the Project Design Authority and the development team.

You will work in a highly innovative environment and will participate in several challenging projects at international level and with a multidisciplinary team (with experts in electronics, radiofrequency, software, firmware, etc.).

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Master of Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics or Aeronautical.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in testing activities for radiofrequency or electronic systems: component testing, integration and verification, test automation, test equipment, test management, validation and acceptance.
• Proven capacity to ensure success by meeting deadlines and achieving a balanced budget.
• Ability to anticipate and manage risks and opportunities associated to IVVQ activity.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and space-business processes.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Skills to make the difference:

• Experience in electronic, firmware, RF and software integration and validation.
• Experience in DSP (digital signal processor)
• Good skills to manage teams.
