Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an HTA Programmer (SAS & R) to support AMNOG dossiers in a Spain-based, remote/hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have a strong biostatistics/data science background and hands-on SAS programming experience in clinical trial analysis, with emphasis on German HTA processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze trial data, produce robust outputs, and drive automation of analysis workflows while ensuring high-quality, audit-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in biostatistics or data science or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs and endpoints.
• Familiarity with CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets and industry standards.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of German AMNOG dossiers with focus on programming analyses.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs and EUHTA teams.
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outcomes.
• Monitor IQWiG, G-BA procedures and related HTA guidelines.
