Placements24 seeks an Investment Analyst to join a Mérida-based investment management team. You will support portfolio managers through research, modeling, and performance analysis, contributing to risk assessment and investment decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
1–3 years of investment analysis or portfolio management support experience.
Strong understanding of investment principles and markets.
Proficiency with Excel; Bloomberg/Refinitiv experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist portfolio managers in researching and analyzing securities and market trends.
Develop and maintain financial models for valuation and investment analysis.
Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, and investment guidelines.
Prepare performance reports, investment commentary, and client/internal presentations.
Conduct due diligence on potential investments.
Assist with trade execution under guidance of portfolio managers.
