Freudenberg seeks a results-driven Amazon Business Manager in Málaga to own the local P&L and execute the Joint Business Plan, driving growth through assortment, pricing and promotions.

You will implement global e-commerce strategies locally, lead launches, optimize content and campaigns, and monitor KPIs to maximize traffic, conversions, and ROAS. English fluency is required; Spanish/Italian are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• 3/4 years of experience in Key Account Management, with 1-2 years managing Amazon/Amazon Business.
• Strong understanding of Amazon operations and digital marketing levers within Amazon.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau) to interpret and present actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work with e-commerce KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics).
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Italian are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the local Amazon Business P&L and targets.
• Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plan.
• Translate global e-commerce strategies into local content, pricing and promotions.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, and content optimization.
• Manage availability and inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Deliver KPI-driven reports to local management and Global KAM.
• Build relationships with Amazon stakeholders locally and internationally.
• Act as the local Amazon expert to optimize account performance.
