Formación

Amazon & Marketplace Specialist

My client is a life science company specialising in scientifically-supported active ingredients for dietary supplements. They sell an innovative and genuinely life-changing enzyme supplement on D2C channels including Amazon, T‑mall and pharmacies.

This role offers the opportunity to have real personal business impact as the only Amazon / Marketplace specialist, work for a global group, be based at fantastic offices in central Barcelona, and join a friendly and expert international team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce agency partners for promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues on content and tone
  • Manage daily e-commerce operations, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment coordination
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon algorithms, trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in marketing, supply chain and product development for curated promotional campaigns and new product launches
  • Address and resolve operational issues (listing blocks, content errors, customer feedback, etc.) in a timely manner
  • Support expansion efforts into additional marketplaces as necessary
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ideally 1–2 years successful track record managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce optimisation: SEO, content, keyword research, conversion‑rate improvement and advertising/PPC
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge or passion for health, nutrition or functional ingredients is a plus
