Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
The All-Day Dining Restaurant Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver fresh, authentic, and high-quality dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Mallorcan cuisine. This role involves creating menus that celebrate local ingredients and culinary traditions, overseeing food preparation, leading and developing the kitchen team, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. The Chef plays a key role in offering guests a warm, memorable, and locally rooted dining experience throughout the day.
As a department leader, you will inspire and develop your team by leading with passion, integrity, and creativity. You will use your knowledge of Mediterranean and Mallorcan cuisine, together with your leadership skills, to maintain the highest culinary standards and create authentic gastronomic experiences for our guests.
Seasonal contract, full-time (40 hours per week), with consecutive and rotating shifts - including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
