Confidential employer at Palma Airport in Mallorca is hiring 10 Passenger Service Assistants. The role focuses on helping travelers with information, directing them through the terminal, and ensuring a smooth passenger flow in a busy airport environment.

The position is temporary for 2 months with the possibility of extension, part-time, and involves rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Night and public holiday bonuses are included in the salary structure.

Formación

• ESO or equivalent school graduate certificate is required.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) and Catalan (B1) are required.
• Basic computer literacy and office software knowledge are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear, friendly information and directions to passengers.
• Manage queues and coordinate lines for an organized flow of travelers.
• Direct passengers to appropriate lanes for controls and security checks.
• Set up, reposition and remove queue barriers as needed.
• Assist travelers with inquiries and resolve incidents on-site.
