Azul Handling, in co-operation with our partner Ryanair, is seeking an IT Support Technician on a full-time permanent basis to join our Head Office team in Seville, Spain. You will support IT issues, develop tools, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks across all airports and at our Headquarters.

The role involves planning, installing, and configuring IT systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and coordinating with external IT and network vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Professional Studies or related field.
• 1 year of demonstrated experience in a company’s IT department in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience in IT installations (hardware and software), structured cabling and certifications.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and to work with multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Set IT designs for the Company, including procurement and installation of infrastructure at airports and offices in Spain.
• Carry out telecommunications installations, cable channeling, network and data cabling, fibre-optics, and hardware/software connections.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks; evaluate new technology needs.
• Perform Helpdesk tasks and remote technical assistance to employees.
• Manage relationships and contracts with telephone, IT and network companies.
