Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks an Aircrew Technical Publications Engineer for combat perimeter programs. You will author and maintain flight manuals and checklists, collaborating with international teams on military aircraft projects.

The role requires 2–3 years in publications, SGML/XML editor skills, and experience with military operations. A proactive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Formación

• Aeronautical engineer degree required.
• Spanish nationality (Spanish Eyes Only programs).
• Advanced level of English.
• 2–3 years in Technical Publications (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ASD 1000D specification.
• Experience in military aircraft customer services.
• Knowledge of military certification processes (valued).
• Proficiency with SGML/XML editors and related publication tools (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer requirements, system design, product databases, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and maintain updated technical documentation for combat aircraft pilots.
• Develop technical content, produce illustrations orders, and manage publication workflows.
• Assist customers in using delivered technical publications.
• Configure and manage technical data and publications.
• Update technical publications as required.
• Produce flight manuals and checklists for combat aircraft pilots.
