Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe, Madrid, seeks an Aircraft Static Loads Engineer with a Master in Aeronautical Engineering and a Bachelor in Aerospace Engineering. The role focuses on loads modeling, 6DOF simulations, load analysis for design and certifcation, and continuous tool development in a collaborative, multilingual team.

Applicants should have excellent academic records and an advanced level of English, with a willingness to work in a hybrid setup and engage in various airworthiness

Qualifications

• Official Master Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Undergraduate Degree in Aerospace Engineering required.
• Excellent academic reports with emphasis on Flight Physics or related subjects.
• Strong analytical, learning capacity and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Loads models building for flight and ground loads.
• Nodal loads generation for FEM (NASTRAN).
• Documentation and presentation to Airworthiness Authorities.
• Support to aircraft preliminary design and fleet analysis.
