Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe seeks an experienced Aircraft Performance engineer to join the A/C Performance Tools team (EFB, PEP, PAADMIN) and support pilots, engineers and mission planners across the A400M, A330 MRTT, and C295/CN235 programs.

You will lead development of performance data in Flight Ops manuals, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with Design Office, Mission Planning and Flight Test teams to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Aircraft Performance Tools with the dedicated development team.
• Support Aircraft performance data in Flight Operations Manuals (FCOM/APD).
• Provide customer support for A/C performance queries from pilots and engineers.
• Collaborate with Design Office, Mission Planning and Flight Test teams as needed.
• Manage risks and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of Flight Operations services.
