Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Madrid, seeks a Digital Customer Manager to oversee digital tools and processes for aeronautical operations. You will work across countries on new solutions for A400M, MRTT, Eurodrone, and related services, coordinating data flows and IS/IT system evolution.

You will engage with customers, programs, and engineering to evolve the digital landscape, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient data sharing across teams in a multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience: Ideally 4 years or more in aeronautical operations or maintenance, with a focus on digital applications and data flows.
• Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
• Languages: Professional competence in English, while other languages such as French or Spanish would be appreciated.
• Technical knowledge: airworthiness, maintenance software, customer relations, information management.
• Nice to have: experience in an airline/aircraft manufacturer/MRO would be a plus, as well as a link with applications and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage the digital flow of A/C configuration and maintenance data between different systems to ensure data fidelity.
• Support and develop customer and industry needs by understanding information processes and IS/IT systems involved in A400M/MRTT/Eurodrone/Eurofighter maintenance.
• Lead projects in system evolution and service support; work with Ground Support Devices like MDS, MOSS, Smartforce, PMT, IETPX.
• Contribute to integrating IS/IT systems with Smart Force portfolio and develop new digital services.
• Ensure compliance with Continued Airworthiness (Part 145/Part M) and information security requirements.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and stakeholder engagement including customers and Program Office.
