Sener, based in Tres Cantos, seeks an Aircraft CAD Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team on conceptual to detailed design of aerial vehicles and airborne systems. The role involves creating 3D models, airframe layouts, and engineering drawings while coordinating with system engineers and specialists.

Experience in aerospace CAD, aircraft structures, and PLM tools is required; familiarity with CATIA and NX is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in aerospace mechanical design and CAD modelling.
• Good understanding of aircraft structures and installations.
• Knowledge of aircraft configuration design principles.
• Experience producing engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Knowledge of systems installation constraints (electrical, avionics, propulsion, mission systems).
• Knowledge of composite structures is an asset.
• Experience in UAS/UAV development is an asset.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
• CATIA V5/V6 proficiency is required.
• Siemens NX or equivalent CAD tools is an asset.
• PLM tools experience (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter or equivalent).
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Sener is currently looking for an Aircraft CAD Design Engineer to support the conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of aerial vehicles and airborne systems to join our team at our Tres Cantos work center.

We are a pioneering engineering company in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In defence, we design and produce equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. The candidate will participate in the development of aircraft configurations and installations, producing engineering models and technical documentation in coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
