• Educated in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Quality, Production Quality, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Conduct audits and evaluate internal and external inputs.

Conocimientos

Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree

Quality, Production Quality, Manufacturing Engineering experience

A400M experience

Root cause analysis knowledge

Programming knowledge

Quality Authorization knowledge

Job Description

An opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities

• You will participate and / or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area.
• It will be focused on :
• Process performance and product adherence to standards
• Reliability of processes
• Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
• Audit inputs ( internal and external)

Skills / Qualifications

• Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• Experience in some of this areas : Quality, Production Quality, MAP or Manufacturing Engineering
• A400M experience
• SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge
• Non-conformities process knowledge (HNC, Concession, QSR, Event & SARI)
• Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge
• Programming and Artificial Intelligence knowledge
• Quality Authorization & Competences management processes knowledge
• Proactive person.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized & Structured.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
• Strong Customer orientation.
