Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks an ERP Business Project Manager (m/f/d) for a temporary assignment to drive ERP implementation and optimization in the Air Power Business Unit.

Lead projects from conception through delivery, coordinating across Digital, Engineering, Production and Procurement while ensuring risk controls and training delivery. English and Spanish fluency required, PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in project management - ERP implementations or optimizations, ideally in aerospace/defense.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP projects from conception to implementation including schedule, budget, and resources.
• Collaborate with Digital, Engineering, Production and Procurement to capture business needs.
• Analyze existing processes and identify ERP-driven optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate external service providers and system integrators.
• Perform risk analyses and plan mitigations.
• Monitor progress, report to management and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure end-user training planning and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
