Formación

• Knowledge of international air transport regulations.
• Experience in aviation logistics is a must.
• Familiarity with customs legislation of European countries.
• Valid IATA DGR certificate required.
• BASIC CARGO certificate is preferable.

We are currently looking for an Aviation Logistics Specialist in Spain.

You are our candidate if :

• You know international air transport regulations;
• You have experience in aviation logistics;
• You are well versed in the customs legislation of European countries;
• You have a valid IATA DGR (Transport of Dangerous Goods) certificate;
• A BASIC CARGO certificate is desirable.

What you will be doing :

• Managing the entire air freight process : selecting the best routes, airlines, and flights, booking cargo space on flights (air freight booking), agreeing on costs, terms, and delivery conditions.
• Maintain documentation : prepare transport documents (air waybills, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
• Check the correctness of customs clearance of cargo and verify the availability of all permits and certificates.
• Communicate with airlines, handling companies, agents, customs brokers, and internal departments of the company.
• Monitor delivery : track cargo movement at all stages, coordinate the air transportation process, resolve problematic situations (delays, damage, route changes).
• Conduct analytics and reporting : analyze costs and route efficiency, prepare reports for management.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce transportation costs.
