An innovative AI audiovisual studio is looking for a Visual Creator (AI & Video) to transform creative briefs into compelling visual stories. This remote position demands proficiency in AI image generation and audiovisual techniques, with a strong focus on quality and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a portfolio of AI images and experience in film and design, ready to contribute to client campaigns and originals.

Your Mission

Turn a brief into a coherent visual story. Compose scenes with precision, generate AI-based images and styleframes, and translate them into animatics and short cuts that keep composition, light and narrative intact. Hand off cleanly to the Editor & Colorist. Work closely with Arantxa Barcia (CCO).

You will contribute across :

• MITO Films client campaigns and branded content
• MITO Universe creator community and originals
• MITO AI experimental and hybrid pieces

Main Responsibilities

Story & Imaging

• Convert briefs into a clear angle and beats. Write short scripts when needed.
• Build moodboards and styleframes using AI image tools with tasteful Photoshop finishing.
• Own composition, light, color, art details and brand coherence.

Frame to Video

• Create animatics and pre-cuts to validate rhythm and continuity.
• Produce simple short-form cuts and basic titles when required.

Continuity & Handoff

• Keep boards and files clean in Figma and Drive.
• Document intent and visual rules so the edit moves fast and finishes strong.

Background & Technical Skills

• Audiovisual background (3–5 years). You think in shots and cuts.
• AI image generation required with a portfolio that proves it.
• Photoshop for finishing.
• DaVinci Resolve or Premiere for animatics and pre-cuts.
• Figma for boards.
• English working proficiency.

Work Structure

• Full-time. Remote in EU time.
• Bi-weekly 1 : 1s for alignment and growth.
• Occasional travel covered.

Evaluation System

• Trial period : 6 months.
• Success : reliability, quality, communication, initiative.
• If needed : 30-day improvement window.
• Growth : ownership of visual lines and campaigns.
